Shipping policy

 

TURNAROUND TIMES

For small items that can be moved with Australia Post, placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Larger furniture pieces and fragile items that need to be moved with a removals or courier will be booked in on the next available and delivered accordingly.  Depending on your location this can be anywhere from 1 day to 3 weeks turnaround. We may also ask you to arrange your own shipping and insurance costs for artwork or bulky items - once that piece leaves our premises - we take no responsibility for damage occurred in transit. All shipments are subject to item availability. We are unable to deliver larger items to PO BOX addresses.

SHIPPING RATES

All standard orders will be charged a flat fee of $15 standard and $30 express - bulkier items (art, furniture & other large items) will attract a higher shipping rate and we will ask for any extra shipping charges to be paid before dispatching your order. Please contact store for shipping quote on large furniture pieces. We offer free delivery on furniture items within the local area (Tocumwal). *Large and fragile items - please contact the store for a freight quote to your location. 

STORE PICK UP

Items can be picked up in store free of charge. Please check our website or social media for our opening hours. This option can be selected in checkout.

RETURNS

We do not offer refunds. 

If you receive your items and something is amiss (defective or damaged), please let us know within 24 hours.

Strictly no exchanges, returns or credits on sale items.

If the item is not suitable for you - we can arrange an exchange or credit note (gift card). Please contact us within 5 days to arrange. We do not exchange sale items.  You will be responsible for return postage, and postage of the new item (unused and in the same condition and packaging you received it in). Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you have arranged your own shipping and insurance on artwork or a bulky furniture item - we do not take responsibility for any cost/damage occurred once it has left our hands.

REDIRECTS AND REDELIVERIES

Please note: Re-direct & Re-delivery fees are applicable for delivery addresses that are incorrectly provided or insufficient.
